Preface

An exhaust is not a part. It is the one organ a car cannot hide — the only voice it owns.

From the editors

This is not a catalog. It is a private commission program between two workshops obsessed with the same question: what would a car sound like if someone built its exhaust for it — only it — by hand. The following pages document the work. Read it like a dossier.

Ferrari Daytona SP3
— form, airflow, and voice.

The SP3 is the kind of car where the exhaust cannot look added later. The case study starts with the body language — the rear volume, the side intake line, the way the car already suggests velocity before it moves — then builds the sound package around that restraint.

A modern icon asks for restraint first: integrate the voice with the shape, then let the V12 speak.

Ferrari Monza SP2
— the private barchetta.

A limited-series speedster, delivered without a windshield on purpose. Our brief from the client was simple: let the V12 6.5 breathe the way Maranello intended, and let the cabin feel the difference at every blip. The answer was a quad-exit system, tapered to the chassis.

Questions
From the editors' mailbag.
01

How does the exhaust commission process work?

+
Each project starts with a consultation to review your vehicle, goals, and preferred sound profile. The system is then designed for the application, fabricated to suit the car, and installed through the closest Stage 4 Tuning dealer.
02

What materials are used?

+
Our custom exhaust systems are built from premium motorsport-grade materials selected for each vehicle, intended use, and desired balance of weight, durability, and sound.
03

How long does a custom exhaust take?

+
Typical lead time is about 4 to 6 weeks. Timing can vary depending on the vehicle, fabrication complexity, and current build schedule.
04

What power gains can I expect?

+
Power gains depend on the platform and setup. A properly designed custom exhaust can improve flow, reduce weight, and support stronger overall performance, with typical gains often in the +12 to +28 hp range.
05

Can you build for Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, and Lamborghini?

+
Yes. We build custom exhaust systems for a range of euro and exotic platforms, including Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, and Lamborghini.
