Warranty Policy

Stage 4 Tuning stands behind every calibration and product we ship. Below are the terms of our warranty coverage.

Calibration Warranty

Every Stage 4 Tuning calibration is built for your exact platform and validated on the dyno. Your original factory map is saved before any changes are made, so the stock calibration can be restored at any time. If your driving conditions, fuel availability, or supporting modifications change, contact us about a recalibration.

Hardware Warranty

Tuning devices, exhausts, and accessories sold by Stage 4 Tuning are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Specific terms vary by brand — please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us for details.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing or competition use, accidents, modification by third parties, the use of incorrect or contaminated fuel, or pre-existing mechanical issues unrelated to the tune.

Factory manufacturer warranty coverage on your vehicle is determined solely by your dealership. Stage 4 Tuning is not responsible for OEM warranty decisions.

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@stage4tuning.com with your order number, a description of the issue, supporting photos or data logs, and your contact information. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Returning Your Vehicle to Stock

We always save your factory calibration so the vehicle can be returned to stock at any time. If you need a stock flash for warranty service or resale, contact us and we'll coordinate the process.
