Shipping Policy

Stage 4 Tuning ships hardware and tuning devices to customers worldwide. Below are the details of how, when, and where we ship.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom calibrations and bench-flash tunes may require additional processing time and will be communicated directly with you.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order ships. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 business days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier. We occasionally offer free domestic shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@stage4tuning.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
