From the 718 to the 992 Turbo S, Macan to Panamera — 64 Porsche platforms calibrated in-house. Up to +209 hp on the 992 Turbo S, flashed through the OBD port, reversible in one session.

Pick your model and the real dyno figures appear here — 64 Porsche platforms, gains up to +266 hp.
The files we're known for.

992 Turbo S
The benchmark. 850 hp on stock turbos with a PDK calibration that actually delivers it — our most requested Porsche file.

991.2 GT2 RS
Porsche's monster, uncorked. The factory left margin everywhere — we spend it carefully.

Cayman GT4 RS
The 9,000 rpm NA flat-six. Careful ignition and cam work, validated where this engine lives — at the top of the tach.
Every Porsche platform, mastered.
Turbo Flat-Six
Carrera, GTS, Turbo, Turbo S — 991.2 through 992. The most responsive platform we tune: up to +209 hp on the Turbo S with completely stock hardware.
Naturally Aspirated GT Flat-Six
GT3, GT3 Touring, GT4 RS, Spyder RS, S/T. Ignition, cam timing, and torque limits — validated at 9,000 rpm, where these engines live.
4.0L Twin-Turbo V8
Cayenne, Panamera, Turbo GT — including the E-Hybrids. The same architecture we calibrate across the VW Group, with gains to match.
Transmission Calibration
7- and 8-speed PDK: clutch pressure, shift points, launch control, and gear-hold logic rewritten to match the new torque curve.
Every tune, every detail.
ECU Calibration
Ignition timing, fuel delivery, boost, throttle mapping, torque limiters, rev limiter — written from scratch for your exact platform, never pulled from a database.
TCU Calibration
Shift maps, clutch pressure, torque passthrough, launch control, and gear-hold logic — matched to the engine file so the gains reach the wheels.
On-the-Fly Map Switching
Four map slots toggled from your factory cruise control stalk. Valet, street, race, and custom — no laptop, no aftermarket hardware.
Engineering Support
Direct access to the calibration engineer who wrote your file. Not a call center. Not a ticket queue. The engineer.
Answers, straight from the engineers.
How much power can my Porsche gain?
+
Turbo cars gain the most: +130 to +238 hp depending on platform — the 992 Turbo S picks up 209 hp on stock hardware. GT cars with the naturally aspirated 4.0 gain 50–90 hp from calibration and bolt-ons. Select your exact model above to see real Stage 1 and Stage 2 figures.
Is a PDK tune worth it?
+
On any tuned Porsche, yes. The factory PDK calibration enforces stock torque limits — it will clip the gains you paid for in lower gears. Our TCU file raises passthrough limits, firms shifts, and sharpens launch control to match the engine calibration.
How is the tune installed on a Porsche?
+
Almost every Porsche we support flashes through the OBD port — no ECU removal, no shipping parts, reversible in a single session at our Conroe, TX headquarters, an authorized dealer, or remotely with our flashing tool.
Do you tune the hybrid models?
+
Yes. Panamera and Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid calibrations are in the catalog — we calibrate the combustion side while preserving the hybrid system's factory logic.
Will tuning void my Porsche warranty?
+
Tuning is software-only and reversible, but any modification can potentially be used by a dealer to deny a related claim. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act the dealer must prove the modification caused the failure. Talk to us before proceeding.
Tune your Porsche.
Every calibration is written by a motorsport engineer, validated on the dyno, and backed for the life of the car.
